Molecular Architecture of Viruses

At Ke Lab, we believe in the power of scientific research to make a difference. Our passionate scientists are dedicated to tackling world-class challenges in infectious diseases and cancer. We will build "road maps" for structure-guided vaccine design and therapeutic drug development. Rigorous science will be the epicenter of the Ke Lab.

Cancer-Causing Viruses

Infectious diseases pose serious public health problem globally. We will focus on understanding the molecular architecture of cancer-causing viruses, expanding our knowledge on how these nanomachines function.

Structural Biology

Resolution revolution in cryo-electron microscopy and cryo-electron tomography holds the promise of atomic resolution of protein complexes in situ, including cancer-causing viruses and their interactions with hosts.
